How do we recruit?
The recruitment process conducted by IT Epoque Consultants is carried out in a few simple steps:
Step 1:
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Employer needs analysis – Before we contact you, we want to know the profile of the potential candidate for the organisation, as well as the opportunities and expectations of the employer. We ask for specific details, to be able to present them to you during the first interview. We respect your time
Step 2:
WHERE DO WE SEARCH?
Information sources – As a recruitment company we have our own database, and have also developed proprietary channels and methods of reaching out to candidates. We use information available on social media sites. We read online forums, and we are members of discussion groups. We participate in important events, attended by specialists we seek.
Step 3:
HOW WE ESTABLISH CONTACT
Reaching out to the candidate – We will contact you in a manner convenient for you: by email, phone or IM (Instant Messaging). Upon initial verification of the possibility of cooperation we will meet with you directly or conduct further recruitment via Skype – we will ensure your comfort and respect your time.
Step 4:
WHAT DO WE OFFER?
Offer from the employer – During the interview we shall present you with a concrete job offer– a description of the project, the technology used, description of the job, form of employment, financial offer and benefits, as well as the expectations of the employer: required qualifications and competencies and other relevant details you may wish to know.
Step 5:
MEETING
Application – If the offer presented is of interest to you, and your candidacy matches the profile of the position, we will then arrange an interview or a direct meeting with the employer. During the meeting, we will inquire about your current professional experience, knowledge and competencies, as well as matters of importance to you regarding the job. We will also tell you about the organisation you are applying to and answer all questions you may have (or find out more, so that we can provide answers to them)
Step 6
WHAT NEXT?
How do we proceed? – If we agree to cooperate, we will ensure that the process of taking up the job is efficient, comfortable and friendly. We will ensure smoothly assimilate into the new organisation, take full advantage of your potential and continue to develop.
